A day of Physics Revision... and other more understandable happenings.
So, I'm sitting here writing out physics equations and staring blissfully into the sunshine that filters through the hedge and onto the side-drive. See, I'm in the study. I seem to centrate more here, I don't know why. I'm listening to the soulful tunes of Garden State soundtrack (Good film, one of Zach Braff's best, dare I say it) and clenching and unclenching my left hand in order to keep sane and keep (bloody) writing. The Bitesize ("revision that's easier to digest!") textbook is balanced precariously on the desk surrounded by cups, plates and bowls or God knows what... a spur of the moment decision that eating was better than revising, I suppose. The plates, cups and bowls are even more delicately balanced on top of one another with pens, rulers, pencil shavings and other such quintessential stationary littered around and about them... Now, I'm thinking that maybe a tidy up is in order and then a big round of yet some more revision... My effort to wake up this morning paid off as I was up and working by half 9 - go me!
Having got up early this morning I had the melancholy sounds of Chris Moyles floating into my ears while I was shovelling Tesco's Fruit and Fibre down my neck and trying ever so hard not to laugh and spray the contents of my mouth onto the table and the surrounding area. His guest today was the ever famous James Nesbit (Oh, those Yellow Pages adverts really crack me up sometimes) who repeatedly talked about his "lodger" who wasn't really a lodger because he doesn't pay rent, really kind of like an extra man in the family. His other big news is his new television series on BBC 1 on saturday nights. It's a modern twist on the tale of Jekyll and Hyde... Sounds ominous but very good. I may have to watch... just to fill up my Saturday evening really.
This blog has taken me 20 minutes to write, an awful long time, considering I have 20 more pages of physics to embark on. I will saunter off now and finish 3 more pages of radiation and the electromagnetic spectrum which will lead me nicely to lunchtime. Pasta or taosted sandwich? I'm thinking a toasted sandwich will do nicely. Come to think of it, I haven't cleaned my teeth yet today, gross. Oh, well, no point in doing them now... Yes, that is disgusting, think what you like.
Toodles, my dears. XX
